CINCINNATI, Ohio– The Lebanon Warriors will travel to Anderson High School to take on the Raptors on Friday, September 12th at 7 p.m. It will be a battle of undefeated teams sitting atop of the ECC.
The Lebanon Warriors come in at 3-0 overall and 2-0 in conference play. The Warriors have scored 97 points, while giving up 44. Lebanon beat Northmont 20-5 in week one, defeated Loveland 28-25 in week two, and won against West Clermont by a score of 49-14 in week three.
The Anderson Raptors are currently 3-0 overall and 2-0 in ECC play. The Raptors have scored 151 points on the season, while giving up just 24. Anderson has won in blowout fashion every game this season. They defeated Cooper 52-10 in week one, beat West Clermont 49-7 in week two, and won 50-7 against Little Miami in week three.
When Anderson Has the Ball: Owen Scalf sits atop of the ECC with 910 passing yards and nine total touchdowns for the Raptors. Running back Jordan Davis has gained 220 rushing yards and seven total touchdowns so far. Wide receiver Tegan Jallick has 212 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
When Lebanon Has the Ball: Luke Faler is at quarterback for the Warriors, totaling 660 passing yards and seven touchdowns through three games. Running back Logan Schmenk has 221 rushing yards and three touchdowns so far. Daniel Wallace is the leading receiver, totaling 229 yards and two touchdowns.
Anderson on Defense: Linebacker Brady Kuhn leads the Raptors with 26 tackles and 2.5 sacks on the season. Defensive back Ace Alston has an interception for Anderson.
Lebanon on Defense: Cornerback Greyson McClure has two interceptions for Lebanon. Linebacker Hunter Davis leads the Warriors with 23 tackles on the season. Linebacker Justin Kerns has 1.5 sacks.
Common Opponents: West Clermont. Anderson beat West Clermont 49-7 in week 2 on August 29th. Lebanon defeated West Clermont 49-14 one week later on September 5th.
Recent History: Anderson leads the series 5-0 against Lebanon. Their first meeting came in 2020, the same season Lebanon joined the ECC. Anderson won a tight 44-41 game against Lebanon back in week 3 of the 2022 season.
