CINCINNATI, Ohio- The Walnut Hills Eagles will travel to Anderson High School to take on the Raptors on Friday night at 7 p.m. Walnut Hills comes in at 2-5 overall and 1-5 in ECC play. Anderson comes in unbeaten at 7-0 overall and 6-0 in conference play. Walnut Hills snapped their 5 game losing streak with a 34-21 win over West Clermont this past Friday night. Anderson is coming off of a 58-16 win against rival Turpin.
Walnut Hills: Quarterback Will Rivers has 1,231 total yards (1,132 passing, 99 rushing) and 12 touchdowns (10 passing, 2 rushing). Rivers is coming off a season high 5 touchdown performance with 312 passing yards against West Clermont. Defensive back Eli Newman leads the Eagles with 68 tackles on the defensive side of the ball. Newman is coming off a season high 16 tackles and 2 tackles for loss against West Clermont. Defensive back DayRon Acklin ranks 2nd in the ECC with two interceptions on the season.
Anderson: ECC passing leader Owen Scalf has 2,595 total yards (2,321 passing, 274 rushing) and 27 touchdowns (24 passing, 3 rushing). Scalf is coming off a 6 total touchdown performance with 313 passing yards. Running back Jordan Davis has totaled 783 yards (423 rushing, 360 receiving) and 13 touchdowns (11 rushing, 2 receiving). Davis is coming off a season high 111 receiving yards this past Friday night, while also reaching the end zone twice. Wide receiver Tysin Weaver leads the conference with 648 yards and 13 touchdowns. Weaver scored 3 touchdowns against Turpin. Fellow receiver Tegan Jallick has 507 yards and has found the end zone 5 times this season. Brady Kuhn leads the Raptors defense with 69 tackles and 5.5 sacks this year. Kuhn is coming off of a season high 17 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, and two sacks performance.

The Raptors took care of Little Miami 50-7 in week three. Walnut Hills got the 34-21 win against West Clermont this past weekend. Anderson beat West Clermont by a score of 49-7 all the way back in week two.
Recent History: Anderson is 10-1 against Walnut Hills since 2012. The lone win for Walnut Hills came back in 2018. The Raptors beat the Eagles 46-7 last season.
